This is a worthwhile venture to deminish the needless waist from our landfills. If people are willing to make the effort to reuse unwanted products that can otherwise be used for creating sustainable living, we should be more than willing to allow this to happen and to compensate these individuals by lowering their taxes in the manner requested.
