Yes, once set out in the country, the sub divisions have grown all about and ruined the get away for the family that first bought the Homesteader a bit more than 4 years ago. This incredible house is presently sitting all the way up in McKinney Texas so the many of you up in the Ft. Worth and Dallas areas that have wanted an Organic Tiny Texas House for the last decade, this may be your only chance as we are no longer taking orders for more to leave Salvage, Texas. This House is special, the first of the series with our now Classic Tiny Texas Roofline. The Homesteader size is 12′ x 21′ main first floor and about half that much floor area on the loft level, which does not count as living space for taxing purposes so this is barely more than a portable building, when it comes to the property taxes. If you use it for a B&B there is no motel tax as long as it is portable, and for sale, even if you do have it priced at a quarter million.

For now though, The Homesteader is priced at only $97,500 where it is so there will be some costs to move it which will be up to the buyer. So the closer it stays to McKinney, Texas, where it sits now, the less expensive it may be to move. How far can it go? Nearly anywhere in the country in Texas, but not so much in the cities. This is only the second house to ever sell that has been lived in by the owners and I am helping them find a new home.
