These were just as easy to pull out and were still in good shape thanks to the covered porch.
They are mostly longer boards and remember, if they are over 16′ they can sell for $5-&7 per square foot and be used for flooring.-
These have the wavy glass in them which can sell for as much as $20 per square foot in the larger sizes and $10 per sf in the smaller sizes.
Here is a great door under original varnish with the jamb, trim package, hinges, door knobs, mortise set, and worth $200-$300 in a retail store at a bargain price.
Both sides were beautiful and the patina of the varnish great. If you want to lighten it up, just wash it down with full strength Ammonia cleaner and most of it will come right off.
These doors did not take more than about 25 minutes to remove , pull the nails and carry out to the trailer. They should sell for $350 -$750 per set.
Most of the nails could be pulled out with the door standing up. This took less than 30 minutes per set.

Not a bad house in its day. We payed someone to take off the roofing shingles, and in this case there was 3 layers. Way too much, but the bottom layer was wood shingle and we did keep a bunch of it too.
2,500 square feet of materials for the taking and it could build three tiny houses, maybe more. This was sitting here for several years, an abandoned fix up project that got too costly so the owner needed it torn down.
You can see all the piles of wood, the brick still to come, columns, and tons of other stuff too.
