Yes, this is one of the best show stoppers in the Tiny Texas Houses Collection. Of the 11′ x 21′ Tiny Texas Houses, or any other for that matter, this demonstrates what Space Magic does to incredibly small spaces to make them feel like giant homes one could live in for life.
The entrance is inviting, I can not well resist.
The sex appeal of this Tiny Texas House is amazing, attracting one to come in, relax, savor the flavors, the feel, and then never want to leave.
Nearing up it gets more clear, this is not a normal house and we must look in and peer.
Even as we descend onto this plane it appears to be bigger than life.
Looking down from up above, Heaven looks great on Earth.
All things are relative, and with space conversion, this is less than 235 square foot of taxable living space due to using some of the loopholes in the rules on appraisal. For example, the lofts space of over 150 sf is only taxable as storage space where we keep the beds and sitting area furniture. Likewise, we are able to use the tight little access ladder/stairs bar for our means to get up and down which is not allowed for access to living space in most cities construction code rules.
Walking up to Heaven doesn’t begin to show you all the changes.
Here is an incredible collection of finals shots on our site before we fold Heaven up and crane him onto the trailer tomorrow. This lighting we have added to the inside shows how low energy LED lighting can enhance the feel, the look, and the romance of a Tiny Texas House, or any other small space for that matter. Here you see the many looks that can come from a few little lights, Walnut Oil, Milk Paint, and alot of elbow grease to put it all on so artfully.
The final oiling of the outside happened as the day went on. See the wood and colors come to life?
Here the oil has soaked in too.
Yes it is more than the color, more than the strangeness too.
The side porch is much darker.
Closer you can start to see what’s up.
With the sun near down the paint is not as brilliant, but the inside lighting now can be shown off.
Well this doesn’t look that different than any other kitchen, well at least a Tiny Texas style Kitchen.
But now you see the colors change and know.
In the bath there is a couple kinds of lighting. For example you can see the one above.
In the kitchen there will be a way to change your mood or look.
In the shower you can see what’s there for play.
This is the bathroom ceiling lighting using just the LEDs.
There is sexy glass awaiting your perusal , and the red to let the others know to stay away.
Here’s a moody set of dishes….
Here’s the bar where they’ll have fun.
You can see the drawers for hiding things in.
You can light it for the mood you want to feel.
From the outside the lighting is romantic.
Inviting in a sexy kind of way.
Do you wonder where the booze is with this lighting? And the bar is at the window for the Gin.
Ah the sexy bathroom makes it seem so cozy.
As the evening falls the lighting comes to life.
The glass is best when seen with just such lighting.
The shadows look so fine where they are cast.
