This Is A Chance To Get Enough Wood To Practically Build A Tiny House In Just Two Weeks Of Working Hard For A Couple Of People. Never Before Has This Offer Been Made To The Public By Any Tiny House Company, Let Alone A Salvage Company.

Never offered before, you can get big $$$ in materials & learn Salvage Mining

This is the same siding as is on the house we will be taking down. Just flip it over, light sand, and oil. We can even trade out windows for some of the materials you earn.

Yes, imagine that you get to keep 1 piece of flooring for each 4 that you take up and denail.
Here is another house, the Arched Zebu, built with the same siding, flooring, and ship lap, in fact, we will have some of the beaded wood like we used on this ceiling to earn too.

No one has ever offered the public a chance to earn this much value in materials to take home from any seminar that I am aware of in the country. If enough people come, and it goes well, I may do it again as I have plenty of houses waiting for the people to save them.

Imagine getting to keep 1 of every 4 2×4’s, windows, doors, siding, etc. that you were to take out while working on a Salvage Mining Bootcamp that teaches you how to create a career out of salvage if you want to as well. When you consider that the flooring sells for $5-$7 per Square foot, the siding for $4.50+ a square foot, and so on, you can see how working for a day or less will get you the equivalent of $500 or more in materials to use in building your house, whether tiny or bigger. Yes, that is what I have been telling people they can do in my tours twice a week and now we are giving people a chance to actually do that.

The Seminar will cost $200 to come to and learn at, but given the chance to earn 5 to 10 times that much back in the value of the materials you could net from the Salvage Mine by helping on it, if you work at a good pace, even more, then you will be not only wiser, but richer when you leave. This house has all tongue and groove floors, walls, and the attic as well as a few rooms are done in beaded wood as well. That means nearly every square inch of surface area is worth $5 or more if you were to buy it in the store. Think about it though, if you earn the money at work, say $1,000 and then pay taxes of $300 you net $700, then pay sales tax of 9% or more to actually only have $630 in buying power. That means you could only buy 130 sf of flooring for your project with $1,000 earned. If you pull the wood on this job for example, and get 300 sf for the week, that is like getting $1,500 in wood, but over $2,000 in paycheck since you do not have to pay taxes on what you barter your time for in this situation.

The front view shows the double doors to the grand entry where they used to let the wind blow from the front to the back out matching doors. The metal roof shows major hail damage and that is one reason I think it is aluminum but I have not checked to be sure.

Here is the link to the information on when and where we are putting on the next seminar to teach this, and to give you the chance to get the wood for your place too.

5" flooring which is harder to come by, costing $6 - $850 per square foot. Normally it is not in a house as new as this is reputed to be. I think it is actually older but the lower ceiling makes me wonder. It is at 10' instead of 12'.

So for those who are wondering how they can afford to get quality toxin free wood to build their houses with, this is one of the paths, but it also will teach you how to go out and get houses so that you can do the same thing where you live at, and help others out, while also netting some wood, windows, siding, doors, and more yourself. If a group of people get together, they could take down $20,000 worth of wood and not have any of it count against their income. In fact, if you did it as a small business, and officially lose money each time, you will reduce the income tax you are paying on your real job, get to write off your pickup truck, tools you buy, trailer when you are ready, and make money by saving on paying taxes as well.
Another look at the 5" flooring in Long Leaf Pine. It is also behing the wall board, in many cases, just cheap paneling covering it up. All we have to do is take it out and put it in a pile to get to the good stuff below.

Want to learn more? Time to get involved and ask some questions when you come to a Salvage Mining Bootcamp that is being held in the last week of October and the first few weeks of November, if it takes that long. You have to be part of the crew and help do all the things that you would need to learn and know to take on Salvage jobs yourself so it will prepare you for a career that could make you more money than any regular job most people can get.
Quite a good pitch on the roof, so it will be easier to pull it from underneath. We may through ropes over the top and wear climbing harnesses to just walk on the top. I am thinking that this is aluminum on the roof instead of galvanized.

Here is another simple Tiny Texas House known as Little sister that could be build from the materials in this house.

The Cypress siding on the main part of the house can sell for $5 or more per square foot too. It only takes a few minutes per square foot to pull and denail so the money per hour is more than any regualar job will pay, by far. Imagine spending a week and making a couple of grand worth of materials. It is easily possible on a house like this, and that is exactly what we are offering.
The siding is in good shape on both sides of the house. Windows are aluminum and upgrades from the original. We will be giving those away to participants in the Bootcamp that want them and show it by their effort.

Best of all, the underside has 2×8’s and big beams as well as the attic having a great lathe on the roof under the tin. That is the strongest wood you can find and it will normally run over $4 per board foot (1″ x 1″ x 12″) so it is again a great way to get some wood you normally could not afford to buy.

So give me an email if you have more questions. People can camp out on the site as there is electric and water out there in the country side so you can get away from the city, savor the work, and make a month of net pay in a week or two. To contact me Brad@tinytexashouses.com.
