This Is My House, Normally On The Tour With 8 Or More Others. Not For August Though. See The New Tour Schedule For The Only One This Month.

Only One Tour Day at Tiny Texas Houses on August 20th, for the whole month.

Yes it is true, I get to take a rest from listening to myself give the lecture and tour twice a week. I get to not clean my house for each tour day. I get to relax and enjoy our best summer month playing in my oasis.
So if you do decide you want to see and stay in a Tiny Texas House at Salvage, Texas you might consider staying at the bed and breakfast for a get away. You might also pay for a private tour for two at a $100 but you will still need to make an appointment and schedule, especially if it is to be with Darby or Brad.

Here is the first day she had her porches up in the spot she still sits a year later.

My first tiny house sits over the Interstate 10 with a great view of the sunrise, moonrise, and countryside, not to mention those rushing by below. It too is available for overnight if you like the white noise of the highway instead of frogs and crickets that are out by the Gingered Swan.

Nearby are the Kidd and the Blue Moon but you can not see them from the Gingered Swan.

Happy Summer 2016 We will let you know if I decide to start doing tours again in the fall. Now that we are not taking orders for new houses, there is less reason to give the tours as there are many other things to do now in preparation for opening Salvagefaire Market, the studios, the restaurant for the music and film festivals, and other things in Salvage, Texas that are much more fun to do.

Thanks for following and please to sign up for the newsletter if you want to know what happens once we crank up the next phase of the Pure Salvage Living Renaissance and Tiny Texas Houses. We will be building more, just not selling them to the public. Teaching with seminars perhaps, sharing the plans, books, and results of this 10 years of Research and Development for sure.
