It is not just our houses that need salvaging sometimes. The issues that arise as we age are to a large degree preventable. My arthritis I had is gone now.
My spinal problems I had from childhood through my mid 50’s due to scoliosis of the spine are gone now. In fact, I have never been in better health. Part of it is controlling what I eat now, meaning more eggs, sprouted bread, organic foods including my favorite peanut butter, and leaving the junk food behind entirely.
Most importantly learning how to breath again, as in Pranayama breathing techniques that put the diaphram to work and strengthen the belly muscles. Finally, taking up a work out routine just one hour a day will do wonders for your body and bring your youth back to you if you will just take the time to do it. Going barefoot some each day, if you can in the moist grass of the morning and you will absorb negative electrons, download stress, reduce the inflamation in your joints, and feel so much better.
Here are a couple parts of my morning work out routine that have changed my life. If you try them, take it slow to start, a few days a week and just a few of each until you build up some strength where you feel week. I can tell you that the evidence of results you will feel come much faster than you imagine.
