60 Charter Member Shares

at $10,000 each full share,  but can be halved $5,000, and quartered @ $2,500

The Charter Member shares will draw an annual income for Co-op members of 50% of net profits from operations of the Co-op, paid Annually!

The remaining 50% of the Net Profits each year will then be paid out to the other members and the Charter Member in equal portions to their shares held as of December 31 of each year.  No renewal fee for Charter Members.  Payouts to members are in perpetuity unless the Charter members vote by a majority to lower the payout to Charter Members. 

Each $10,000 Share of the 60 Shares to be sold to launch the Pure Salvage Living Co-op and ensure the land, buildings and opportunity remain for the next 30 years or more (10 years lease periods), with the facility being run by the members, and some paid administration.  This is intended to be the 1st Pure Salvage Outpost (PSO) as they will be called so far, PSO Co-ops, which will hopefully open the door for many to build organic cottages and houses that would not have been able to do so otherwise.  The cost of Tiny Houses, even on wheels, has gotten to be more than most people have saved up in the bank and financing is not possible without land to put a house on, let alone finding a place that will allow houses under 700 sf.  My objective is to help create solutions to the growingly prohibitive cost of owning an American Dream House because most people can no longer support that fantasy lifestyle.  The goal is not to dictate the size of someone’s house but to inspire people to build sustainable, toxin-free, and creatively with salvage.

The Arched Zebu was also first named the House of the Rising Sun. It now sits out in Midland Texas with her sister Vicki Zebu.  You would not get a set of these windows for the package, as they were all one of a kind.  First people to join will be amazed at the selection though and get first choices for their dream cottages or homes.

Salvage, Tx. will provide a couple of acres with sites for houses to be placed on a short-term basis with the intention of being able to further develop the land here and thus more permanent situations for those that do want to keep a house in Texas for the cold seasons.  So far most people do not want to stay here but to come and learn, then return to their homes to create houses there.  Thus the idea for creating PSO’s all around the country where people can share the tools, space, and skills of others in the Co-op.  Warehouse Storage for materials gathered, space to build a house in for months on end so as to work on weekends and holidays, seminars to learn, people to help, and if possible, a support network that will reach around to all those wanting a new career path, organic cottage business, or just to get their own built at a much lower cost than through a manufacturer. This is the focus of this offer being made to the public in hopes that the support is there to create this, and many other PSO’s over the next few years.

Obviously the people who join first will get the best selection out of the 100,000 sf of warehouses that will be opened up to the members for selling through the PSO’s and reaping 50% of what they sell for, with commissions going to members who sell materials to friends and others, from the outpost or online. The idea of the PSO’s is to create income streams for people, make it possible to build your own Organic Cottage or Tiny House on Wheels one day, and even get your family involved in a possible business, career, or adventure creating a series of houses on your farm or ranch.

Initially, the pledge to become a member will set your position on the list, but you will not get to pick out your materials until you have paid for your membership.  Then you can come pick what you want, tag it, bag it and take it away, or store it here for as long as you want for free until you are ready to build.  The reason for needing 60 memberships to kick this off into high gear is that I will be able to pay off the land, facilities, and thus make it possible for many to benefit from the gigantic inventories as well as the facilities where so many Tiny Texas Houses have already been built.  We can have as many as 6 houses being built at once if the people who join want it to happen.

The Retreat and Gypsy Too are sharing the Bay for the moment alone, uncrowded, and looking good.

The income from the Charter memberships will likely be generated from multiple sources besides the sale of the massive inventories I will make available to profit from selling.  Likewise, seminars, product lines from salvaged materials created by members could be sold in the Marketplace once a month, as well as Salvage Mining jobs that will be available for all to participate in and thus gather more inventory, make money from selling your share of the booty from Salvage Mines you help take down, and even commissions on sales to others.  The goal is to show this can work once here, then replicate the entire plan, from the Co-op financing through memberships and income from inventory I can make available to new PSO’s that can pop up in towns all around.

While staying in one of our BnB Organic Cottages you can also take a walk through this paradise nearby known as Palmetto Park, but we have more nature walks and frisbee golf too.

This was the first seminar and will hve a follow-up to finish in February… so it will be the chance for people to learn how to build with the materials, and possibly take orders and build them for others closer to where you live. Thank you for your interest and sharing with others.

Just in case you do not know, the warehouses are vast and full of rare finds.  First to join get to pick, and sell to earn commissions/referal fees in addition to share of profits,  from the moment they become a member.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Objective

Generate $600,000 of cash flow from over $3,000,000 in inventoried building materials and memberships to the Co-op to pay off land and facility off so that it can be leased at the lowest possible rate to launch PSO Co-op and get it Thriving.  Funds will allow for tool purchases, some administration paid for, and the opportunity to build many houses in the future.

Goals

Create the model for many other Pure Salvage Outposts that will operate as Makers facilities for Organic Cottage, Tiny Houses, and other creations from materials harvested long ago.   Target to be operational is May 30th, 2018.  In order to do that, pledges for at least 50 shares must be sold or committed to by that time.  You do not need to pay immediately to sign up as an interested party willing to commit funds by April 30, 2018.  Credit cards work fine for signing up too.

Solution

Many people joining together can accomplish what no one man can  do alone.  This is a path toward creating solutions for the masses who need to, want to downsize in the next decade.  Otherwise, there are few healthy solutions that are affordable.
