The Retreat is the biggest house on site at the moment and is far from finished, but ready for the customizing of the interior. It will have a large master bedroom upstairs, a big sitting area, and a second bedroom above as well.
It is a 12′ x 26′ house with two exits, lots of stained glass and by far the most expensive of the houses in Manifestation Bay. It will hit over a hundred grand, how much depending on the porches and finish out. With a full kitchen, big bath, breakfast area, living room, and massive volume of Space Magic, it is by far the best of the series of Art Houses available for sale. It is a tall house though and not suited for shipment out of the state of Texas really. Again I would love to see someone own it for our B&B plans as it would hold wedding parties and much more to generate a great income for someone without the hassle of running a B&B, thus pay for itself in less than 8 years and still have a hundred years of life left.
I included a few pictures showing some of the possible porch configurations too. This could be really nicely dressed out inside but the price could also easily reach $125,000-$135,000 and be worth every penny of it.
Some of the possible layouts include a downstairs bedroom area, even a second daybed sleeping area, both being able to be private areas, as well as room for a King sized bed and a double bed upstairs, even topping it off with another daybed in the upstairs sitting area or a hammock out on the stargazing balcony that it could also have accessible from the loft. Wow! Add to that the possible screened in with glass sashes for the heat of summer or cold of winter, and you could add two more sleeping spaces as well as an outdoor eating area. So much can be done and if I get my dream, someone will allow me to do all of this and keep the house in Salvage, Texas to earn the Patrons/Owners a great return on the investment (9%), plus get the depreciation of 10% a year, as well as have a great house to come stay in for 30 days each year without hurting your income from the investment. You would have a hard asset, appreciating and performing, getting you major write-off benefits and be able to be passed on to your children without tax consequences once you have it fully depreciated. The second 7 year period you might leave the house here would jump to 15% return on investment for the next decade. That is my dream for this house so that many will get to stay in it, share wedding gatherings, family reunions, and allow for both young in the lofts and the older folks down below for a great weekend getaway from the cities all nearby.

Air BnB has six of our houses already and will be a great way to bring in people for this house too. But….. even if you do not want it for my dream, you can consider it for yours and we can ship it to places not to far away and you might be the one to enjoy it for a lifetime or two.
If we finish the least expensive way, with just a couple of open porches at the doors, it will run about $95,000 but if I got to add all the parts I would love to include, like the balcony, closed in porches, and other goodies could take it up into the $120,000s but it would be an incredible investment that would pay back in so many incredible ways, besides giving you bragging rights on owning a piece of House Art so big it can be a place for so many to dream a night away in that no one will believe it is a 95% Pure Salvage Organic Cottage that will last the rest of your lifetime.
