In The Winter They Would Only Keep The $50 110 Volt Oil Radiator Heater At Medium And Turn It Off When They Cooked Dinner So It Would Not Get To Hot In The House. No Need For AC In The Summer.

Will next year bring your Tiny Texas House into your reality?

We are offering a path to those who wish to know how to get the materials practically for free and then build a Tiny House for themselves or someone they love.

What do you need to look for to find a good free source for parts?

What tools, vehicle, and knowledge will you need to know if it is a good property to salvage for the parts and pieces you need to build a house?

These and many more questions are answered in the DVD series that is over 4 hours long and will guide you through the start and getting into the salvage mining business.

Soooo…. this is intended to help eliminate the hurdles that you still have keeping you from your dream home, either tiny or big.

The Cowboy Cabin is a great example of how much living space you can get into a 12' x 28" space.

Here is one of the classic storage ladder which we offer a plan for now too.

Okay, the time is here to decide what next year will bring for the people you love.

Will it be a Tiny Texas House. Likely not as they are too expensive without financing for the average person to consider, including me.

It took me 6 years of owning the business before I could get one built for me so I truly understand.

Thus we are combining the things you will need to set about getting it built where you are instead of adding the cost of shipping out of state to you,

an extra $12,000 or more, and giving you all of the tools you need to have one built for you where you want it instead.

The back porch and front porch were both fairly small but could be expanded on later.

Before it was the Cowboy Cabin it was called the Bastrop Ranch House and was owned by a young couple with a 3 year old child.

Here is how they decorated the same house before we upgraded the bath and changed out the day bed area.

This shows how strong the houses are. This is suspended in the air by only four jacks at the corners of the house. See how it does not sag in the middle. Try that with a trailer minus the steel trailer like this. Try that will a real house and it will crumble as they are not held together on the inside with anything more than sheetrock, not wood like this one inside and out.

Great view of the living area with the entertainment center and the ladder up the back wall to enter the other loft from the back.

Over the counter from the kitchen view. Notice the full stove and oven. This house was great for full time living.

Getting ready to back it in and lift it up with the jacks instead of a crane. A bit more tricky and time consuming than the crane which is my preference now.

That will mean the way to get the salvage materials, which is given to in the How to become a Salvage Miner DVD series. Once you find the house or barns to get your materials from, then the building plans to build the most popular house floor plan we have will give you what you need to build. Since it is not only in PDF for printed plans form, it is also in Sketch Up which is a free 3D program you can download that will allow you to make changes and print out the new plans as you like them. The Sketch UP version is fully adaptable and you can convert or change what you want to make it yours.
Here are some of the salvage tools shown below besides the flooring tool which we also make and offer to those who go for the salvage.
This along with the membership to the PureSalvageLiving.com membership will get you to the videos that show you how to frame the floor and build your house with a forum for assistance and the means to email questions to us so we can help you when you need it.
This is all been put into a package for you to give to someone you love to help them get a tiny house of their own, or for you.

In order to make it possible for as many people to get this as we could, we dropped the price for the entire package to $199 and hope that will be what it takes for you to be able to share in the booming new industries of Salvage Mining and Tiny Houses that is springing up around the country. It is not just a trend, it will be the transition of our society to downsizing for their survival as the incomes decline and the cost of food, fuel, and housing skyrocket. Think ahead and hopefully, this will give you one more alternative that you can act on now.
